2015-07-24  - Added PDF "WRKVLDL User Guide" in IFS directory /wrkvldl/pdf .
2015-01-10  - Added some new programs able to send e-mail messages regarding passwords
              (see page http://www.easy400.net/wrkvldl/html/page3.htm ).
              This requires utility MMAIL to be installed.
              If MMAIL is not installed, the e-mail sending programs are not created at utility installation time.
2015-01-04  - Added subprocedure CHKVLDLE to service program WRKVLDL/WRKVLDL.
              This subprocedure checks whether a given user name is available in a given validation list.
2014-06-02  - Removed a bug in module XXXVLDLE of service program WRKVLDL/WRKVLDL.
              That bug was inhibiting the update and the removal of existing validation list entries.
2013-07-04  - Removed "1 record folded" message on HTTP instance configuration file /wrkvldl/conf/conf.txt

              maintained through *ADMIN, and update entries previously added/updated via WRKVLDL uyility.
