2012-02-02 - Support for NULL capable fields that actually contain the NULL value in DB2XML and DB2HTML,
             for character, numeric, date & time fields NO DATA will be returned if they contain a value of NULL.
           - If  DB2XML and DB2HTML now crash with an SQLCOD < 0, meaning an SQL failed,
             they will send an escape message to the caller that can be monitored with MONMSG,
             the MSGID used is CPF9897.

2010-11-02 - When running in same job DB2TXT did not recreate the column headings if a previous run of DB2TXT or DBTHT   ML
             had occurred. That was fixed.
           - In DB2HTML column headings are now aligned to the left, which gives a neater look.
2010-09-07 - Changed the way a netork drive ID is identified:
                parameter NDTYPE replaced by parameter NDID.
2010-08-31 - Added parameter "SHOW" to all DB2XTOOLS/DB2xxx conversion commands.
             This parameter allows to request the execution of the appropriate PC Windows utility
             to display the generated stream file.
