We must spend a "caveat" against HTML authoring tools.
These are tools that would generate HTML for you, much the same way as SDA would generate DDS.
Problem is that, in order to make a CGI work (as you will see), a programmer
must modify the generated HTML by dividing it into "sections" (similar to DDS record formats)
and by adding "ouput variables". These operations require a rather good experience on HTML.
What is this "caveat" then? We do suggest that one starts using HTML authoring tools
after having built quite an experience on writing HTML manually.
